A radio club created in the Pennine Hills of Northern England but open to all interested in Amateur Radio wherever you live. We run regular online presentations, a weekly digital radio net and encourage portable operations

Pennine Ham will be at the National Hamfest 2026 in the Newark showground on Friday September 25th. Meet club members at our Club stand . We are looking after our club stand and the GQRP Club stand - these are located on the block close to the Martin Lynch trade stand.

Come and introduce yourselves and meet both Pennine Ham and GQRP club members. See you there !

Club founding member Geoff M0AUG operating the amateur radio station of Oldham ARC at their club HQ a couple of years ago. Geoff is the Chair of the Pennine Ham digital radio net which runs every Thursday at 7.30pm (1830z) on Reflector XLX305D and also streamed live on Pennine Ham YouTube channel.
